Ben Borisch is Managing Partner of DWH LLC, where he leads the firm’s growth and direction while heading DWH’s mergers, acquisitions, and equity investment practice. He has more than 20 years of experience in finance, operations, human resources, and business strategy, with most of his career spent working in and with family-owned businesses across a wide variety of industries.

Ben helps business leaders identify and solve problems related to people, processes, and finances, enabling them to extract more value from their businesses. He has deep expertise in cost accounting, financial modeling, and building practical tools that show business owners the true economics of their operations and the downstream impact of key decisions.

Beyond his advisory work, Ben leads DWH’s efforts to source, evaluate, and close acquisitions and equity partnerships on behalf of the firm and its clients. He has managed due diligence, acquisitions, and divestitures of operating companies, real estate, and other assets, and has served in interim CFO and HR leadership roles across industries, including oil and gas equipment distribution, water sports retail, and commercial contracting.
