Michael Craig has more than 20 years of experience in strategic planning, succession planning, business turnaround activity, finance, and operations. He’s also played an integral part in the development of Toyota’s production systems. He earned his B.S. in Accounting from Lipscomb University.

Mike has spent most of his career working at a variety of levels in manufacturing with extensive experience in automotive, food, aviation, and aerospace. Mike has demonstrated the ability to be an agent of change in business environments by focusing on the creation of value and eliminating waste — all while supporting the need to evolve the culture and ensuring continuous improvement.

As a consultant, Mike is focused on creating value for the client and all related stakeholders. By doing so Mike promotes the Mission, Vision, and Values of DWH.
