Jim Mullen has a history of working in program management and sales management with small businesses. He founded a venture capital-backed company focused on healthcare logistics, and managed software development. Additionally, Jim worked for a technology-based software-as-a-service company as a program manager where he oversaw software development, sales, implementation, training, and customer service. He worked with executive team and the board of directors through an asset acquisition to publicly traded acquirers.

Jim has taken on several roles varying from program management, product definition, management transition, and corporate contract negotiations. At DWH, he focuses on turnarounds and private acquisitions. In turnarounds, Jim manages liquidity, conducts assessments, and takes roles in interim management. In private transactions, Jim navigates due diligence, assesses post acquisition strategy and creates strategic financial models. He also works with teams through management transitions as new leadership takes on roles and responsibilities

Jim has a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Vanderbilt University. Jim is currently involved in The Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) and ACG Young Professionals
