Barb Reimbold has over 18 years of experience in strategic planning, merger integration, and business transformation. She has held significant international leadership roles in Asia, with additional global business experience in Europe, Africa, and Latin America. Barb earned her MBA from Grand Valley State University as well as her BS in Management Information Systems from Central Michigan University.
Skilled in all aspects of business and post-merger integration, Barb has served in roles where she focused on and excelled at strategy development and implementation, business modeling and restructuring, and gap analysis and process improvement, while cultivating cultural enrichment and enhancing customer experience. She has successfully directed a $80 million merger integration effort between two highly competitive independent dealers. Barb has been part of several leadership teams targeting market segment transformations, where she led critical initiatives radically redesigning the business models and ultimately achieving 20% and 23% revenue growth within three years.
