Kirk Koeman has been promoted to Managing Partner and David Nemes has been named as Partner.
Kirk Koeman has more than 13 years of experience in various areas of business including commercial banking, new business creation, project management, business development, financial management, and business turnaround. Koeman’s focus is on helping clients improve overall operating performance and strategic business direction through the use of advanced techniques in financial analysis and restructuring, strategic and tactical planning, systems evaluation, and plan implementation. As a Managing Partner, Koeman expands his role as he leads the firm’s business development activities and continues to cultivate relationships in the marketplace with clients and strategic partners.
David Nemes has more than 12 years of experience in consulting, financial analysis, entrepreneurship, accounting, and problem solving within a broad array of industries. Nemes earned B.S. degrees in Accounting and Finance from Miami University, and is a Certified Public Accountant (non-practicing). Nemes assists clients with business turnaround, start-up, growth management and sale advisory, and has a specialty in financial analysis/modeling, which helps facilitate decision-making and improve operational effectiveness. Nemes also assists public sector clients with analyzing and assessing institutional risk. His partnership responsibilities will include increasing involvement in the governmental sector and further developing internal processes and protocols.
